Wonder is an independent mining consultant with over 25 years experience in surface and underground mining in Zimbabwe. He has been an environmental consultant for the past five years specialising in environmental audits, implementation of environmental management plans, environmental impact assessments, and the development of mine closure plans. His other areas of expertise include project management, contract negotiation, cost estimation, tendering and financial modelling. |
Edwin Zororo Mandaza Consulting Mining Engineer (B.Sc. (Hons.), ACSM, M.Sc., MZweIE)

Edwin is a part-time lecturer in mining at the University of Zimbabwe and therefore possesses a unique blend of practical and theoretical grounding in mining. His experience extends over 26 years and he has held line management positions in the Zimbabwe Ministry of Mines as well as on base and precious metal mines. His senior management position was that of Mine Manager at a medium-sized gold mine. He has had exposure to contract surface mining on a large scale covering a number of operations in Zimbabwe and Zambia. His areas of expertise are mine planning and design, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, and mine geotechnical engineering. |
Joseph Ruzururo Consulting Mining Engineer (HND, AZweIE)

Joe is a graduate of the Bulawayo School of Mines with over 10 years operational mining experience at base and metal mines and 17 years spent providing explosives technical advisory services to the mining industry in Zimbabwe and the region. He has spent the last ten years as an explosive consultant for surface and underground mines. His areas of expertise are blast design and plans, controlled blasting techniques, drill and blast operations auditing, and environmental quality assurance monitoring of blasting operations. |
